Location: Melbourne (Western Suburbs)
Salary: $150k - $175k + super

Overview
MCR are seeking a Security & Compliance Manager with experience of working in highly secure environments. Working for a major Data Centre owner/operator of large scale data storage facilities, you'll be responsible for leading all physical security and compliance matters, initially on one site but likely to include multiple sites in multiple states as the company grows. 

Your duties will include:

• Examining all existing policies and procedures; developing and improving where necessary
• Aligning security standards with customer expectations
• Gaining DISP and DTA approvals
• Ensuring compliance with standards including PCI DSS, SOC1/2, ISO27001
• Management of onsite security contractor, including KPI's and commercial arrangements
• Developing reporting methodologies and reporting mechanisms to customers
• Maintain integrity of operations during construction in live environments

Key Requirements:

• Experience of working secure environments. Examples could be airports, police, military, power stations, nuclear sites, biopharmaceutical plants, post office, banking, etc
• Ability to communicate from C Level to onsite security
• Previous exposure to PSP environments
• Good understanding of DISP and DTA approvals
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach others
• Ability to gain NV1 Security Clearance (must be an AUS Citizen)
