McMahon Burnett Transport is looking to employee a full-time Data entry person. This is an opportunity for the right person to be trained in all facets of an office environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and processing incoming/outgoing paperwork using the Freight2020 computer system – experience with This is preferred but not essential.
- Answering telephone calls and customer queries.
- processing quotes/payments
- Consistent email management with as well as using other office programs (mainly word and excel)
Ideally the successful applicant should possess the following attributes: -
- Attention to detail and being a fast learner is a must.
- Experience with Data entry and the transport industry is preferred but not essential
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise according to deadlines.
- Be able to work on your own as well as enjoy working as part of the team
- Be punctual, reliable and willing to learn.
- Organized with excellent time management skills and being able to take information in.
- Confident, friendly with a good sense of humour and a positive attitude towards work.
