An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a State Government health department in Perth CBD for a short-term cover (1-9 February and 4-8 March).
Your new role
- Data Entry
- Liaises with stakeholders to ensure the integrity of the data
- Data and records management
- General administrative duties such as scanning, typing, emailing
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration experience
- Previous WebPAS or other hospital software experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications, in particular MS Teams and Outlook
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
- A current Working with Children (or willing to obtain)
