Reporting directly to the managing Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and organisation of information, which is essential for the smooth functioning of our client’s organisation.As the Data Entry Clerk your primary purpose is to input, update, and maintain accurate information in databases and computer systems. This role involves transferring data from paper documents, electronic files, or other sources into the designated databases or software. Working a 20-hour week you be required to work a variety of hours on a Monday to Friday basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Data Entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Utilise basic software packages, including Outlook and Excel.
- Collaborate closely with our client’s dedicated team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
- Ability to commit to an average number of hours per week across Monday to Friday.
