Data Entry Clerk/Admin Support

Eric Hood Painting is a well established, family run Commercial Painting Contractor located in the Victoria Park side of Welshpool. We are looking for a part time Data Entry Clerk to join our team 2-3 days per week.

The Role

This permanent part time position will provide Data Entry/Admin support to the Office Manager, Operations Manager and Managing Director.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

Data entry into Xero Accounting Software

Updating and maintaining project management systems and documents.

Updating Excel spreadsheets

Answering phone calls

Filing

Scanning

General office support

Collecting and distributing mail

Requirements 

Minimum 1 years experience in a Data Entry/Admin Support role

Bookkeeping experience is essential

Excellent time management skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Xero Accounting software experience - desired but not essential

Drivers License & own vehicle 

Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
