Data Entry/Admin support

CS Legal is looking for an experienced data-entry clerk to support our established boutique Property Settlement team on a full-time basis.

We are a WA based law firm with offices in Perth, Joondalup and Bunbury. Operating in Property & Commercial Law, Property Settlements and Debt Recovery since 2001.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Team support – provide efficient and professional assistance to the team as required.
  • Settlement Admin Typing and settlement document preparation.
  • Entering data efficiently into our Conveyancing system (Settsplus)
  • Landgate & State Revenue lodgements
  • Settlement Bookings
  • Telephone switchboard relief

Required Experience & Skills

  • Professional and pleasant telephone manner
  • Experience with Real Estate agency would be highly regarded
  • Team player & Workplace confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Advanced typing and keyboard skills and proficiency in contemporary computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and email system.
  • Accurate & speed typing of new settlement deals
  • Experience with Landgate & Office of State Revenue transactions
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask and attention to details.
  • Previous experience is highly regarded.
