As the Data and Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in establishing a performance-based mindset within the organisation. Help drive data-driven decision-making and make a real impact by turning insights into action, being a part of a team that transforms lives every day.
 
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, this dynamic role will be responsible for the delivery of insights for optimisation across diverse business portfolios. This role will involve close collaboration with key business stakeholders to drive strategic insights and contribute to business objectives.
 
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
 
  • Design and maintain a digital measurement and reporting framework, ensuring objectives, metrics, and segments are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Analyse digital channel performance to evaluate the effectiveness of content, campaigns, SEO, and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and drive commercial outcomes through accurate and trustworthy data insights.
  • Develop and maintain monthly website performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key business units
  • Contribute to a comprehensive digital measurement framework, ensuring clear definition and tracking of objectives, metrics, and segments.
  • Effectively communicate analysis using written, verbal, and visual methods that comply with internal expectations and accessibility requirements.
  • Educate the wider business on best practice in reporting and analytics.
 
About you
To be successful in this role, prior experience in data analysis and generating actionable insights to drive measurable success is required.
  • Experience in building and editing complex reports/dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiencies in platforms like GA4 and Google tag manager.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective data discussions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, consult and provide recommendations to stakeholders, as well as manage internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy to manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in session recording and heatmapping tools will be highly regarded.
