These services include mental health and wellbeing, housing and homelessness, and suicide prevention."About your new roleThe Data & Operations Support Officer will effectively manage and provide support to the team to learn the Client Management System, Carelink+, and accurately complete their data each month. The position includes working with the Neami National data analyst to amend errors in the data and submit to the PMHC portal. The Data officer will also support the leads to aggregate the quarterly data for Neami board and funder reports. The role includes providing operational and administration support to the team and plays a key role within the Southern Wellbeing Hub, including assisting with referral and waitlist management, data recording, minute taking in meetings and performing reception duties. The Data & Operational Support Officer will support and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to consumers by ensuring that staff operating within the Southern Wellbeing Hub are provided with office administrative support that is flexible and responsive to their needs.
