Our client is a leader in the Financial Services industry and they are looking for a Data Solution Architect to join a dynamic team of collaborative and energetic professionals.As a Data Solution Architect, you'll have the exciting opportunity to define and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that align with their business and IT strategies.
Your role will be crucial in shaping projects while adhering to best practices and industry standards. In this position, you will work closely with their Corporate Platform team providing specialised Solution Architecture expertise related to Corporate products and services for People & Culture. You'll be integrating a range of HR Systems - People Management, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning, Compliance and Payroll - into Oracle HCM.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines, or equivalent experience
- Architectural certification (e.g., TOGAF or other) desired
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of IT Architecture or Design experience
- Experience with HCM and Oracle Cloud Platform and products highly desirable
- Experience in integration solutions such as Mulesoft, Pentaho and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Familiarity with ArchiMate desired
- Experience with Agile & Lean methodologies desired
- Insurance or Financial services experience desired
