We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Solution Architect to join our team at Data#3. As a Senior Business Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales and Presales teams, working collaboratively to create and deliver innovative Managed Service solutions that drive business growth and success. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer needs and achieve our strategic objectives.

In this role you will:

• Create the production of accurate and commercially viable Managed Service solutions for the Sales Teams
•  Participate in the tender response process for Managed Services tenders, ensuring that responses are completed on-time and in line with Data#3’s quality standards
• Work closely with Account Executives and Managers across all business units to maximise business opportunities for Data#3, including:
  • Identify, consult and maximise on business opportunities with new customers
  • Identify customer needs leveraging your technical, business, ITIL and Managed Services product knowledge and experience to facilitate the provision of value solutions, within Data#3's delivery capability
  • Negotiation of new contracts with customers including the creation of customer Statements of Work (SoW)
  • Build and deliver sales training, to ensure Account Executives are well versed in Managed Services products and services
• Contribute to the definition and development of the Managed Services strategy
• Accurately price solutions in line with Managed Services targets for revenue and margin Contribute to the on-going development of standard proposal templates for Managed Services proposals
• Contribute to the on-going development of standardised tender response material and work proactively to ensure this material is available to the broader Presales Team

About You

• 5+ years of IT Managed Services presales or other relevant customer consulting roles 
• Proven experience managing and building long term customer relationships
• CIO/Exec level communication experience
• Strong documentation and tender writing skills
• Demonstrated experience in the assessment and communication of the value of Solutions to clients
• Ability to present to business and technical audiences, including creative presentation and delivery skills
• Maintain technical presales skills within:
  • Managed Service best practises
  • Current vendor technologies, including Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Cisco
  • Market leading Cloud based solutions.
