AddressThe purpose and function of the BI / Data Test Analyst role is to validate data based solutions against the business requirements and ensure a high quality outcome is produced.
- Working within the bank's test and governance framework
- Analysing requirements to prepare test plans
- Create and execute test cases
- Report on defects and the testing status
- Creating Test summary reports.
- Testing include ETL, Data acquisition from files and streaming data on Azure and / or SQL server
- Mentoring new test team members
- 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or similar desirable
- Strong SQL Skills is essential
- Strong Analytical skills
- Experienced in testing Waterfall & Agile development projects
- ETL testing
- API testing
- Automated testing
- Cloud environment (Azure is preferable)
- Familiar with best Practices of Release / Environment management
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication skills on both technical and Business levels.
- Wiling to learn and adapt to dynamic environments
