Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage strategies for the effective utilization of the CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the databases align with organisational needs.
- Design and implement database structures that support the storage and retrieval of CRM and ERP data efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with your team to optimise database queries, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive CRM and ERP data.
- Address a diverse range of service requests, delivering information and facilitating resolutions with precision.
- Proven experience in a similar technical support role, ideally with a focus on on-prem and on cloud services.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with a focus on CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of relational database management systems.
- It will be advantageous to have worked with T-SQL and a familiarity with C# and HTML will be beneficial
- Competitive salary range of $90k – 100k + super
