Day Spa Recptionist

We are currently seeking an outstanding personality for our receptionist position. As the face of our Day Spa you will be immaculately presented, well spoken, professional & able to recommend spa services. MUST be available Saturdays

Preffered Cusotmer Service Experience

Role description:

• Customer service
• Basic cleaning duties (Maintenance of work space, cleaning displays, organizing shelves etc).
• Sales
• Assisting management & the team where possible
• Answering phones
• Booking appointments
• Maintaining client records

Hours & Availability

• Hours are week days and Saturdays
• 15 to 20 hours

You must have great customer service and be focused on providing a luxury treatments in a first class Day Spa.
