Support the growth and development of the Dealer / Reseller segment for LMHAUNZ, in conjunction with the National Sales Manager (D&R) and the Dealer Account Support Specialist as a Dealer Account Manager ANZ!What we offer:Ongoing support for your professional career developmentWork alongside industry professionalsBe mentored to grow your knowledgeYour Responsibilities:Support the growth and development of the Dealer / Reseller segment for LMHAUNZ, in conjunction with the National Sales Manager (D&R) and the Dealer Account Support Specialist.Serve as the initial interface for the ANZ Dealer network, primarily with respect to Dealer region enquiry management, Product Pricing & Stock availability, Salesforce Quotations & order processing, New Dealer business development & Marketing activities.To support Branch Commercial team with Dealer stock management, order & delivery updates for Dealer & Resellers.To support administrative processes & communication regarding invoicing and transportation of forklifts in conjunction with State Sales Co-ordinators, National procurement team and the Dealer Account Support Specialist.Assist with related product & administrative functions in the absence of the Dealer Account Support SpecialistProduct demonstration, presentations and data presentation to Dealers, Resellers & company stakeholders.Market share / Market Data analysis and presentation for senior management as required.To support the Director – Sales & Marketing ANZ as required in conjunction with above activities.Tasks and Qualifications:Senior level MHE Sales experience of at least 5 years within an OEM environmentSales experience with MHE or related technical products, including the ability to drive & demonstrate products.Sales & Customer Service background dealing with Large customers and/or Dealers/DistributorsAbility to work with different Pricing structures across a wide range of productsDirect experience with Salesforce and/or other equivalent SAP systems.Business qualifications, Certificate, Diploma or higher level preferredAdvanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office)Problem solving, Negotiation and lateral thinking skills highly desirableHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsHigh level organisational & time management skillsDemonstrated skills in multiple projects and working autonomously.Ability to Travel Intrastate, Interstate and overseas as required from time to time
