Our Perth, Outer Southern Suburbs new car dealership client is seeking an equity partnership Dealer Principal for their volume brand operation.

Our client is a successful, long established, area landmark new car dealership located in the outer southern suburbs of Perth. They have a vacancy for a hands-on, switched-on Dealer Principal seeking a rewarding equity role. The dealership trades Monday to Friday plus Saturdays till 1.00pm. The franchise is a top-selling volume brand. The business has huge growth potential, and a full description is available for suitably qualified and experienced candidates.
Applicants for this position must have 5 years of current or recent car dealership experience as a DP, be energetic, have strong financial skills and be prepared to operate in a hands-on manner. You will have excellent people-handling, management and organizational skills, whilst having the drive and ability to motivate your team to achieve their highest potential. You will be an excellent communicator, be determined to offer the highest standards of customer service and be an advocate of continuous improvement.
Salary on offer for this role will consist of a retainer of $175k, super, car and equity profit share. Details to be discussed at interview stage. Relocation assistance is offered.
