As a result of strong retail sales and continued growth of this branch, we are looking to speak with experienced Service Managers, Parts Managers and Branch Managers keen to lead the team at our client's top performing dealership in Toowoomba.

You will be leading a team of around 35 staff at the branch and be primarily responsible for the day to day running of the branch, profitability and growth.

The ideal candidate will be Service/Parts focused and results driven, who has a keen eye for growth strategies as well as management and leadership skills.

Ideally you will have:

Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Construction, Trucks or Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Komatsu, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Volvo CE, Bobcat, John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
