About the role
Due to staff movements within the group, we are looking to speak with experienced Senior Sales Consultants, Sales Managers or Branch Managers willing to sell, to lead the team at our client's top performing Truck dealership in Dubbo, NSW.
You will be leading a team of around 15 staff at the branch and be primarily responsible for the day to day running of the branches, profitability and growth. In addition to this, you will be selling new trucks and building the sales department.
The ideal candidate will be sales focused and results driven, who has a keen eye for growth strategies as well as management and leadership skills.
You will be joining a company that has a supportive work environment with a strong family culture.
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
- Previous experience selling trucks, automotive or other equipment
- Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills with exposure to industry leading Dealer Management Systems
Previous exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
