The Role
As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting debt financing activities while upholding robust governance practices. You will actively contribute to the long-term business planning and portfolio-shaping efforts of our client. This role entails executing debt financing transactions, conducting thorough analysis, and fostering relationships with key financing partners.
Your responsibilities will include
· Provide analytical support throughout the project financing lifecycle, from inception to financial close
· Assist in the preparation of documentation and communication with debt financing partners.
· Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless information flow and optimal funding outcomes.
· Monitor financial risk and compliance across our client's projects.
· Prepare internal and external debt reporting to support decision-making.
· Assist in coordinating equity financing activities.
· Prepare investment proposals and relevant documents for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
· Support the execution of capital and investment strategies aligned with our client's objectives and risk profile.
· Assist in compiling recommendations for the Investment Committee.
· Maintain debt and equity monitoring systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Tertiary qualifications in property, engineering, town planning, finance, or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, advisory, or commercial roles.
- Proficiency in Excel financial analysis and cash flow modelling.
- Passionate or experienced in the renewable energy sector is a bonus.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of project financing concepts.
