As a Dedicated Fleet Coordinator you will play a critical role in the efficient and effective management our customers assets and servicing needs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations, contributing to the overall success of the organisation and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently plan, schedule, and coordinate the deployment of heavy vehicles to meet client demands, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between drivers, maintenance teams, and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication to guarantee operational excellence.
  • Quickly address and resolve any issues that may arise during fleet operations, minimising downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure that the fleet adheres to all safety and compliance standards, conducting regular audits as necessary.
  • Utilise data analytics tools to assess fleet performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Other task as required

A little bit about you…

  • Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in the heavy vehicle industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with drivers, maintenance teams, and clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to heavy vehicle operations.
  • Proficiency in utilising software and data analytics tools.
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Salary: 90,000 - 110,000 base + super
