Description
- Maximizing sales opportunities and enhancing conversion rates with existing clientele by promptly delivering quotes sourced from field technician reports on defects and recommended repairs.
- Managing the entire process from initial client outreach to initiating quotes and ensuring timely follow-up to secure deals.
- Aggregating incoming service reports, drawings, and data as needed to ensure accurate quotations.
- Building relationships and acquiring quotes from subcontractors for services not provided in-house, such as Compartmentation and Door repairs.
- Generating estimates using handheld data and estimating tools, and coordinating with technicians and clients to clarify project scopes when necessary.
- Drafting and dispatching quotation letters to customers, and ensuring confirmation of delivery and receipt through follow-up communication.
- Strong experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Sound computing skills, including MS word, Excel and Outlook
- CRM experience (i.e., Salesforce.com) is preferred.
- Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Resident (PR).
- Ability to undergo a National Police Check
