IDP is looking to expand their team of Personal Injury litigation experts - specifically in our Common Law/Serious Injury and Statutory Benefits practice. We will consider all levels of seniority and salary will be negotiable based on level of experience.
About You
You, like us, are expert in Personal Injury Litigation - ideally, though not necessarily from a defendant perspective. You have at least three years PQE - though potentially fewer years if your experience is in a defendant practice. You value teamwork and, like us, you are serious about your work, but don't take yourself too seriously!

We are a mid-sized firm and we specialise in the defence of accident compensation claims. Our biggest client is WorkSafe and we are on the Victorian Government Legal Services Panel, so we take our instructions from highly sophisticated clients on complex litigation matters.
We are proud to be an important part of the system that enables WorkSafe to protect workers and to support Victorians who are injured at work. We do not act for plaintiffs, but our role in the process is equally valuable being part of the checks and balances that ensure access to justice and fairness.
