Position available: Deli Manager
Wellington Point Farm Market Hall is a family-owned business that has been providing fresh produce to the local community since 2002.
We are currently seeking an experienced Deli Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize your fresh Deli retail knowledge to maintain the highest standards of product quality and appealing food presentation.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Deli.
• Ensure quality service, cleanliness and food safety.
• Apply your expertise in ordering and cost control to optimize department profitability.
• Create accurate staff rosters to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
• Use a 'hands-on' approach to inspire your team and exceed customer expectations.
• Ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service and maintain strong communication skills with suppliers, team members and management.
• Uphold a commitment to work health and safety standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Qualifications:

• Well-developed customer service skills
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, customers, and external stakeholders.
