We are a family owned small business with 47 years of continuous operation in the Southport area. We specialise in large and small format plan and document printing and copying for major building projects, corporate clients and walk-in one off jobs.
We are currently offering a casual role for an Delivery Driver/ Customer Service Assistant for our Southport office for 12-20 hours per week, with flexibility for working different weekdays, due to the unpredictable nature of building industry. We are looking for a friendly, Customer Service orientated person to perform deliveries and some front of house retail/sales duties.

Principle Accountabilities
- Delivery and handling of boxed paper rolls / bundles of paper plans nb some rolls/boxes are up to 22kg
- Picking up and delivering of Client orders
- Administrative services, answering of phone, emails
- Front of house Customer Service and sales
- Printing, copying of client plans, documents
Required Skills
- Customer service orientation
- Organised and methodical
- Hold current Australian Open C Class Driver’s Licence
- Local resident and knowledge of Gold Coast Streets would be useful
- Physical fitness to lift and carry heavier items
Performance Management Criteria
- Good communication and friendly to customers requests
- Maintenance of current full driver’s licence
- Timeliness in delivering client jobs to site & office locations
- Overall ability to perform general tasks
Probationary PeriodThis role has up to a 3 month probationary period during which time if the above performance management criteria are not met, one week’s notice will be given of termination.Working Hours
Our standard working hours are from 7.30am to 4.00pm, the position is for an average of 12-20 hours per week, hours and days required may vary from week to week. The position has previously been suited to someone semi- retired or looking for some extra work
Casual Rate
Hourly rate $ 32.00 + Superannuation Guarantee
