Form of workJoin the ranks of an industry-leading Adjustable bedding Company operating across Australia and New Zealand. We are on the lookout for a permanent Delivery Driver and Furniture Installer to join our team to deliver beds into peoples homes.
About the Role:
You'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring delivery of our products to customers in various locations across Australia & New Zealand. We require someone with a 'can-do' attitude and excellent time management skills. While the role offers great potential, it demands physical stamina, heavy lifting, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and length of time away from home. Normally between 1-2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate MR delivery trucks and ensure timely deliveries to customers
- Install products at customer locations
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive company image.
- Adhere to schedules, manage routes, and prioritize deliveries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm while representing the company
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
- Valid Driver's License and MR Driver's License (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand
- ABN registration. (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)
- Have a valid passport (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting and installation tasks
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends
- Clear Police Check
