As part of our commitment to our customers, we offer a parts delivery service across the Northern NSW, Gold Coast and Brisbane regions. In addition to driving one of our vehicles, you will also interact with our customers and complete paperwork as required.
This is a busy role that will require you to be on the road for most of the day. You will have a set number of customers that you are expected to deliver to within a specified timeframe each day, whilst complying with all road rules and operating in a safe, courteous, and respectful manner.
What the Role Entails:
- Delivering parts to our customers in a designated area
- Providing 5 star customer service
- Operating the vehicle in a safe, courteous and respectful manner whilst adhering to all road rules
- Working to strict timelines and KPI's
- Accountability for your deliveries
- Performing paperwork as required
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Good customer communication skills
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- Good driving history
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Ability to work under pressure, with strict timeframes and KPI's
