About this role
To provide an efficient, reliable service delivering parts to our trade customers in the ACT and surrounding areas, assist in day-to-day warehouse duties.
Provide a professional, reliable and efficient operation of the sale, receipt and dispatch of replacement parts and cleanliness of the warehouse area, whilst providing quality customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Deliveries
Provide a high level of customer service through efficient and timely delivery of goods to internal/external customers
Accurately check and receipt all freight
Ensure delivery runs are loaded and ready for dispatch in accordance with set down schedules
Training will be provided to maintain and improve product knowledge.
Experience / skills and attributes
- Well-developed communication and questioning skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Some technical knowledge of vehicles (not necessarily a technician)
- Ability to communicate and relate well with customers, staff and management
- Ability to work as a team member and complete designated tasks with minimal supervision.
- Current Manual drivers’ licence
- Attention to detail and sound organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and management
- Neat and professional appearance that reflects business and dealership standards
