About the Role
We now have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Associate. This role forms an integral Entry Level part of the sales team, where you'll be responsible for generating new deals, forging strong relationships with clients and progressing deals all the way through from scenario to settlement.
You'll be:
- Obtaining new business opportunities and establishing relationships via cold calling, warm calling and following up with existing clients in a high energy environment
- Sourcing and researching new leads
- Maintain a high standard of data and call quality
- Maintaining high customer service standards
- Constantly improving your knowledge & sales skills with regular team & 1-2-1 coaching & training.

- Help build a strong foundation, as well as encouraging you to develop and apply your talents to outperform industry peers, accelerating your career progression to Relationship Manager, with your own portfolio of clients

About You
As our newest team member we'd prefer:
- Previous experience in a sales role (not essential)
- An interest in Finance & Lending
- Enthusiastic, curious and passionate
- High degree of professionalism and ethical standards
- Ability to build rapport with clients / strong people skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Having a hunter mentality & winning attitude, willing to push for results
- A high level of attention to detail
