The
Delivery Manager role is responsible for leading a high performing team of Delivery Leads who are responsible for the design and delivery of initiatives into Customer Service. This could be Customer Service driven or change being driven by Tribes or other areas across Suncorp. This role is crucial in the delivery of the Customer Service Strategy, ensuring change aligns to our North Star.Responsibilities will include (not limited to):
- Program Manage your teams' initiatives/projects, noting level of governance and requirements will vary based on project e.g. Enterprise and BAU.
- Design and deliver Customer Service initiatives and support the design and delivery of initiatives for areas outside Customer Service that impact our function, ensuring it aligns to our North Star
- Work collaboratively with many areas within Customer Service to design and deliver projects such as the business, change, learning, knowledge, risk, performance & insight, workforce management etc.
- Lead a high performing team of Delivery Leads, investing in their development and engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will have:- Advanced project management skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodology advantageous
- Previous business improvement and change management experience advantageous
- Minimum 4 years' experience in leading teams in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to use customer and commercial information and acumen to enhance business performance.
