Power Tools Plus, a thriving Central West NSW owned and operated business, is seeking a dedicated Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. With locations in Cowra, Forbes, Parkes, and Mudgee, we're committed to supporting regional development by providing essential supplies for building, fixing, and servicing. Position Overview:

This full-time role, based at our Cowra store and reporting to the Branch Manager, is not just a driving job; it's a key part of our Retail Sales Team. You'll facilitate the delivery of steel orders and bulky items, ensuring our diverse range of customers receives their purchases on time and with a smile. Your day will be varied, delivering everything from steel supplies to industrial equipment across urban and rural areas, reflecting our broad regional footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to coordinate, collate, and prioritize delivery orders.
• Load and deliver orders efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
• Support in-store customer interactions, processing transactions, and providing product advice.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the steel shed and yard, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with stock management, including loading/unloading deliveries, stocktakes, and replenishing shelves.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Medium Rigid (MR) License and Forklift license
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain calm under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to a safe work environment.
• Competency in English and effective communication skills.
• Computer and mobile technology proficiency.
• Availability to work Saturday mornings on a fortnightly basis.

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience in the steel, trade, or rural supply industries.
• Retail experience and a knack for providing helpful product advice.
• Hiab/loader crane operation experience.
