The Role:

We're looking for a committed Delivery/Project Manager who can bridge the gap between innovative digital solutions and transformative impact provided by our customers. In this role, you'll oversee a diverse range of web, software and CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed our clients' expectations. This role is at the heart of our operations, connecting innovative tech solutions with impactful outcomes whilst contributing to profitable results

Your Impact:

  • Lead with Purpose: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring projects deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, track, and adapt project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet changing needs.
  • Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and how our work will ensure their goals are met or exceeded.
  • Team Coordination: Inspire, coordinate, and support a talented team, fostering a collaborative and positive and efficient working environment.
  • Process Optimisation: Use best practices in project management and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our processes and tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven track record of successful project management, ideally within a web development, software development, CRM implementation or digital agency environment. Experience working with charities or not-for-profit organisations is an advantage.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, JIRA) , budgeting, scope management and time management.
  • Communication: Must have excellent spoken English, write clearly with ability to communicate to client stakeholders and the team.
