Demand Planning Analyst

Our Client
An innovative global FMCG company is looking for someone to join their Demand Planning team.
 
Responsibilities for the role:

• Analyse historical data, trend analysis, product life cycles and provide data driven insights
• Lead, attend and contribute to S&OP meetings and process
• Lead NPD and other projects
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring insights are translated into tactical actions of change
• Provide clear and accurate reports and forecasts
• Contribute to continuous improvement of both the Demand Planning and S&OP functions.

 
This role is based in Sydney CBD and offers hybrid working.
 
About you
You will be an experienced Demand Planner with previous FMCG experience who will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Strong analytical capabilities & strategic view of planning
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and influencing skills
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Proactive communication and data driven decision-making skills
• SAP experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
