Demolition Supervisor

Work for a respected Demolition contractor who specialise in commercial demolition packages require an experienced Supervisor for upcoming projects.

• Previous exposure to Structural Demolition required
• $120,000 - $140,000 + Super + Vehicle | Career Progression opportunities
• Recently secured pipeline of large scale projects across Brisbane.

Our Client has completed a large number of projects to various scope and scale throughout their 50 years in the industry. They continue to deliver projects to the highest of quality across a range of demolition scopes in South East Queensland.
We have a vacancy for a Demolition Supervisor to join the team here in Brisbane.
Your Position

• Oversee delivery of various demolition scopes including; high rise demolition, asbestos removal, strip outs, partial demolition.
• Ability to input and manage traffic, emissions, noise and vibration controls.
• Ability to interpret and execute contract plans.
• Complete project guidelines in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Liaise with both client and external subcontractors.
• Supervision of allocated resources and control of labour.
• Understanding and pioneering a strong attitude towards Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures and policies.

Your Qualifications

• Demolition Supervisors License - Minimum requirement
• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision (Advantageous)
• Construction White Card
