About the role
With the company showing continued growth, we are seeking experienced Demolition Supervisors to join our team to work on various projects across our extensive portfolio based in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your will undertake commercial demolition works on a variety of sites across Queensland. The majority of the work will be in South East Queensland or Townsville with opportunity to work away remotely on a project-by-project basis.
About you
The successful applicant must have a demolition qualification (competencies which meet the requirements under AS 2601-2001: Demolition of Structures) and demonstrated demolition experience.
You will also need to have:
- Construction Industry White Card
- Class A & B Asbestos Tickets will be considered favourable
- Demonstrated experience working in a labouring/ construction/ trade role
- Willingness to work in a high performing team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously to problem solve
- Any plant operating tickets or trade tickets would be advantageous
- Drivers Licence
- Must be physically fit, and able to do physical work
- Right to work in Australia
- Cert IV in WHS is advantageous, but not essential
