We are so excited to be looking for our newest team member! The practice is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is looking to take on a dual role.

Lakeside Dental Care is part of a privately owned dental group (Perfect Care Dental) that offers all types of general dentistry, surgical and wisdom teeth extractions, implant placements, Invisalign and digital dentistry.

- Play an initiative-taking role in each day’s appointment schedule to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible.
Competitive Remuneration
Task & Responsibilities- Interacting with and preparing dental patients
- Organising, handling, providing, and sanitising equipment and instruments to assist Dental Practitioners.
- Preparation of all materials required for dental work.
- Processing Dental radiological tests.
- Using dental equipment and implements to assist Dental Practitioners during work on patients.
- Managing stock levels, routine maintenance, and urgent repairs for dental supplies and equipment.
- Managing Infection Control procedures for all surgical devices.
- Advise patients on dental education after procedures.
- Assist receptionists in their technical and billing duties.
- AQF Certificate II or higher (or overseas equivalent), or alternatively three years of on-the-job training in lieu of a qualification.
- Two years of full-time, post-qualification work experience.
