Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Support dishwashing and cleaning duties to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Follow food safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by kitchen management.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Flexibility to work at least 4 days per week, including weekends.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn new skills.
