We will train you and give you the opportunity to work as a Dental Assistant for the duration of your studies. Dental assistant candidates are highly sought-after and it is a great long-term and back-up career if needed.
The role will be demanding especially as you will be working in a fast-paced and busy environment where every day is different. You’ll also need to have the resilience to handle difficult and nervous patients as well as unpredictable situations. You’ll also be receiving regular feedback and mentoring so you can grow and develop in the role.
You’ll be rewarded with on-the-job training, stable, regular hours and a close knit, supportive team. In return for your efforts, you will have the opportunity for career progression into the reception and administration side of the industry if this is of interest to you.
You will need be available minimum 3-4 days per week and to be able to start at 7:30/8am and finish at 5/6pm, working a full day. You will also need to be able to be flexible and handle unpredictable finish times due to emergency patients etc.

- The role will be between a couple of locations (Terrigal and Wyong), so a car and drivers licence is required. Please do not apply if you do not have an Australian drivers licence (green/red Ps is acceptable) and car. We cannot consider applications from applicants who have a learners' licence.
