About the role
This is a hybrid role performing the duties of both Dental Assistant and Receptionist. Our team take pleasure in the key responsibilities that contribute to a successful day for both the team and our patients. This includes;
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling patients’ appointments as required
- Accurately managing patient information onto our data system
- Maintaining positive connections by delivering exceptional customer service to our patients
- Ready both patients and facilities for dental procedures
- Provide high-quality chairside support to our Dentists
- Manage instrument sterilisation and implement infection control measures
- Uphold and execute infection control standards and protocols
- Oversee patient care from the moment they enter the surgery, including recall management
About you
- You must have at least a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service and patient care
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A consistent history of punctuality and dependability
- The capacity to establish a positive connection with patients, fostering a cheerful and light-hearted environment
