We are a long-standing reputable practice with a community presence for over 35 years in the Illawarra. Qualifications & experience
- Have exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Be able to multi-task
- Have a professional presentation
- Computer literate with experience writing emails and responding to correspondence
- Experience in the dental industry is preferred but not necessary
Tasks & responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients - provide excellent customer service
- Process payments and manage patient accounts
- Answer patient inquiries and handle correspondence via phone and email
- Handle patient appointments, accounts, and records
- Chairside assisting
- Stock control
- Infection control and tracking of instruments
