Maven Dental Belconnen is currently in search of a skilled and empathetic Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team on a Casual basis, with availability required three days a week.

Responsibilities:
Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Provide a high level of customer service at our reception desk, processing payments and health insurance claims, booking appointments and other administrative tasks as required.
Our successful candidate:
Proficient in dental procedures and terminology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in dental software.
