SalaryDickson Park Dental Surgery is seeking Dental Assistants as well as motivated and customer-focused receptionists to join our team of dental professionals in providing exceptional dental care to our patients. 【Responsibilities of Dental Assistants】
- Assisting the dentist during patient procedures
- Taking X-rays and impressions
- Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments
- Keeping patient records up-to-date
- Making patients feel comfortable and assisting with their needs
- Performing other duties as assigned by the dentist
【Qualifications】
- Completion of dental assisting program or relevant education is highly regarded by not a must
- Familiarity with dental equipment and software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and professional demeanour
【Responsibilities of Receptionists】
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient schedules
- Greeting patients and handling patient check-ins and check-outs
- Processing payments and handling patient billing inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the management team
【Qualifications】
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and professional demeanour
