We are seeking an energetic Dental Assistant with a strong customer service background to join the team on a full time basis.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Chairside assisting
- Sterilisation of instruments
- Management of appointment books
- Processing HICAPS claims and account management
- Liaising with patients and practitioners
- Treatment planning and co-ordination
The chosen candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- A high level of initiative and motivation
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Dental assisting qualification is desirable
- A drive to learn and flourish
- They will be well presented, with a warm, mature nature
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and use common knowledge as required
Prior dental experience is essential. Knowledge with D4W preferred.
