The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3+ years previous experience working in a similar role, in the dental industry
- Experience with Oasis is desired, but not essential
- Ability to use initiative and prioritize
- Advanced IT skills
- Willingness and capacity to support and develop Team Members
Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone
- Manage appointment schedules and patient accounts efficiently
- Liaise between the Practice Manager, dentists, hygiene team, front office and clinical team to ensure the clinic is running efficiently
- Ensure equipment and facilities are well maintained
- Support the Practice Manager with administrative duties as required
