Dental Assistant / Receptionist - Hains Dental - Robina

Approx 2-3 days /week (Tuesday, Friday and every second Saturday morning). We expect to be able to add additional days in 2023

• Experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities Include:

• Clinical Chair-side Assisting
• Reception and Admin Duties
• Answering the phones
• Managing the Appointment book and recalls systems
• Processing Payments
• Sterilisation and Infection Control

Personal Attributes:

• Mature - able to work independently
• Excellent Presentation
• Strong communication skills – able to easily build rapport with Patients
• Strong Sales Skills
• Highly Organised and able to Multi-task
• Caring and Friendly Nature
• Strong compliance with Sterilisation and Infection Control procedures

In addition, you will have:

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• Current Immunisations as per Qld Health preventable diseases guidelines or willing to complete the process

Experience:

• Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service / Sales : 1 yrs (Preferred)
• EXACT software
