Single Use Dental Instruments is an innovative business looking to disrupt typical supply chains that exist within the public and private dental sectors. We are revolutionising modern dentistry by taking an outdated ‘supply’ method and include value added services within and additional to the products being supplied. A strategy made possible through the nature of our core business, the supply of single use dental instruments.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive new team member to be our Order processing and warehouse storeperson.
THE ROLE-
The main responsibilities and attributes required to be successful in this position:
- Receival of picking slips ready for order packing and processing
- Efficient Order processing with emphasis on accuracy for dispatching correct products to the customer
- Packing of orders to comply with the company standard and ensure we continue to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Ability to use Inventory management and parcel shipping software
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Preparation of labels and associated dispatch documentation
- Moderate level of overall computer literacy
- Experience in a Order processing position desirable
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive working environment
- Perform warehouse stock takes at designated intervals
- Assist in the receival of incoming shipments and processing of deliveries as necessary within our warehouse
- Strong OH&S Awareness

OTHER DETAILS-
Ideally we are looking for someone part-time from 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday (no weekend work!) to be part of a welcoming and friendly team environment.
Specific working arrangements to be established with successful applicant depending on availability and other circumstances.
Regular hours of work expected are 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Reliable transport and a driver’s licence are mandatory due to location of offices and warehouse.
To be successful in this position you must enjoy being busy and active, thrive in a genuine ‘team’ environment and be physically capable of lifting boxes/cartons, for order dispatch, on a daily basis.
