The Role

As a Receptionist / Dental Assistant, you will be a crucial member of our dental team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced dentists and hygienists, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your duties will include:

• Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.
• Preparing rooms, machinery & instrument trays.
• Preparing patients for dental procedures.
• Assisting the Dentists chairside with treatments.
• Ensuring that our dental equipment is properly sterilised and maintained.

You

Ideally you will:

• Previous experience in a dental practice or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and dental software.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
