Job Description:About the roleLocated at ACC's largest feedlot with a capacity of 30,000 head, Opal Creek near Cecil Plains in Qld Darling Downs and reporting to the Administration Manager, this role has primary responsibility for timely and accurate processing of all weighbridge activities along with:
- Professional liaison and communication with a range of visitors, suppliers, staff and drivers
- Accurately and timely collection, recording & processing of data and information
- Effective utilisation of livestock data systems (eg StockaID and FY3000 or similar)
- Highly Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Reporting on weighbridge activities as required
- Providing back up support/relief to other administration team members
