Dental Clinical Assistant / Dental Nurse - Margaret River Orthodontics

Seeking Cert IV qualified Dental Chairside Assistant/Dental Nurse for position with Dr Howard Holmes and his team at Margaret River Orthodontics. 

Details:

• Specialist Orthodontic Practice
• Starting part-time 2-3 days per week, including Wednesdays/Thursdays with view to full time work long term.
• No weekend work.
• Looking to clinically on-board the successful candidate ASAP
• Job description involves clinical chairside support of Specialist Orthodontist and Dental Hygienists/OHT's, sterilisation/infection control, patient record taking (photos/radiographs/scans), stock/inventory control and ordering, communication/education of patients and parents.

Prerequisites:

Applicants MUST be Australian residents to be considered. Travellers need not apply.

Applicants MUST have a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting. 

Recent experience in the specialist field of orthodontics is an advantage although all applications with a general dental background will be given due consideration. Proficiency in intra-oral photography, intra-oral scanning and digital radiography desired.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Renumeration:

• Permanent part time employment terms.
• Hourly rate in line with current market standards for specialist practice in WA and variable depending on level of experience and skill.
