Dental Front Office Coordinator

Do you have customer service along with some people experience? 
 

We would like to hear from passionate, dedicated and customer centric Front Office Coordinator’s interested in working on a part-time basis. 
 

In this role you will help to keep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus on looking after our patients. We believe that you’ll be a pivotal part of the team, so we’ll give you all the support, training and development you need to thrive.
 

• Reception and Dental experience preferred but not essential!
• Opportunity has come available due to internal movements and promotions.

The Heart of the Role:

• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

 What you'll bring:

•  Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
•  Previous administration or reception experience, with some people management   exposure
•  Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
•  Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
•  Strong communication and organisation skills
