We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join our professional and friendly team to help us provide outstanding dental treatment in a superb working environment. About us:
Specialist Dental Centre was established in 1993 and was the first multi-specialist practice in Sydney. Specialist Dental Centre moved to its’ current state of the art purpose built premises in mid-2021 and continues to operate a multi-disciplinary practice with Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons and Prosthodontists providing professional and comprehensive treatment for all patients. We use the latest imaging, photographic, computer modelling and communication techniques to facilitate this interdisciplinary approach.

- High level of competency at front desk coordination
- An enthusiastic and committed team member who values quality patient care
- A confident, reliable and motivated team player
- An excellent communicator who works well in a team environment
- Innovative and proactive, with strong time management skills
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Desire to take initiative and deliver exceptional service
- Have high attention to detail
- D4W, Genie Solutions PMS or Clinic to Cloud PMS experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience in a leadership position, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire a team would be an advantage
- Previous experience in marketing and/or practice promotion
- Previous experience in dental practices coordinating multiple surgeries an advantage
- Looking for a long-term career with future growth prospects in this position. You will need to have full working rights and be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
Duties will include
- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Attending to patient enquiries
- Making and confirming appointments
- Processing payments
- Managing patient records and correspondence
- Administration support
- Continuously improving processes and systems to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
- Working with our existing reception team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for our patients
- Assisting with marketing for the practice
