Core Dental Ceramics is a renowned crown and bridge Dental Laboratory in West Perth that manufactures crowns, implants and veneers for dentists and dental specialists all over the country.
We are looking for someone to manage our front of house in this dynamic position. This role would suit anyone that is very organised, works well under pressure in a team environment and has excellent time management skills.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous reception experience is useful but not essential as we will provide training to the right candidate
- Candidate must be very organised, enthusiastic, confident and good with time management
- Ability to work in a team and great communication skills are crucial
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Helping to ensure the team completes work on time for cases to be delivered on schedule
- Invoicing daily work
- Planning daily routes for our delivery driver to collect and deliver cases
- Ordering materials
- Entering case details and overseeing our lab software
